1. Digital Product Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds or returns are only possible if the product key has not been redeemed, activated, or used on any platform.
Once a product key has been activated, redeemed, or associated with an account, it becomes non-refundable because digital license keys can only be used once.
2. Verification of Product Keys
MCDKeys.com reserves the right to verify the status and validity of any product key involved in a refund request within 15 calendar days of the request.
If our investigation determines that the product key has already been redeemed, activated, or used, the refund request may be denied, as the purchased service has been successfully delivered and consumed.
3. Order Cancellation Before Delivery
Customers may cancel an order and request a full refund at any time before the product key or digital item has been delivered.
This right remains valid regardless of the time elapsed since the purchase.

5. Faulty, Invalid, or Already Redeemed Keys

6. Full Refund Cases
Customers are eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:
6.1 Wrong Purchase or Change of Mind
A customer may request a refund within 15 days of purchase if:

The product key has not been redeemed or activated.

The customer purchased the wrong product.

The customer no longer wishes to use the product.
6.2 Pre-Orders
For pre-ordered products, customers may request a refund at any time before the product key has been delivered.
6.3 Non-Working Product Keys
If a product key cannot be activated due to a verified issue with the key, MCDKeys.com will provide either:

A replacement key, or

A full refund.
7. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued when:

An order contains two or more products.

The customer requests a refund for only one or some of the products within the order.

The requested products meet the refund eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
The refund amount will be limited to the eligible products only.
8. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, MCDKeys.com will process the refund within 15 days from the date the cancellation or refund request is received and approved.
Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment method does not support refunds, we will contact the customer to arrange an alternative refund method.
Customers will not be charged any additional fees for receiving a refund.
9. Right to Refuse Refunds
MCDKeys.com reserves the right to refuse a refund request when:
